Johan is from the Betuwe and likes working close to home. That's why we've placed him on projects in his own region. For a while now, his client has also given him his own van, which he proudly drives all over the Betuwe! That's really handy, because Johan's work is mostly individual renovation and repair work on vacated homes.
Since coming back to us in 2020, he has worked for several companies that specialise in this. That's not just because those companies needed someone like Johan, it's also because Johan himself chose to focus on it! Delivering made-to-measure work is what gets him going, and that fits perfectly with this branch of construction. At JobXion it's not only about what the client needs; the candidate plays a big part too!
Johan can basically do anything around the house, and for him that variety is exactly what makes the work so much fun. On top of that, Johan is very precise, a handy quality when you're doing renovation and repair work. Our loyal tradesman has completed quite a few projects by now and all the clients are full of praise for him!
Johan has recently had several offers from other staffing agencies to join them on a permanent contract. But he's happy to keep working through JobXion, because we provide great projects, personal contact and properly arranged pay.
