temporary staffing, secondment, recruitment and selection or freelance (ZZP)

Four ways to work through Jobxion. What they mean for your contract, your security and your payslip.

Temporary staffing

Temporary staffing

You work for a client through us. Paid every week, and if it clicks, a contract with the company itself often follows.

For you if: you want variety and to start quickly.

Secondment

Secondment

You're employed by Jobxion and work on one project for a longer period. More security, same pay.

For you if: you want stability and a steady place.

Recruitment and selection

Recruitment and selection

You're employed directly by the company. We arrange the introduction and help negotiate your salary.

For you if: you want a permanent contract straight away.

Freelance (ZZP)

Freelance (ZZP)

You work on your own invoice. We find the assignment and make sure the agreement is right.

For you if: you run your own business.

What does this mean for you?

Yes. You build up a pension from your first hour worked through StiPP, and after the waiting period you move to the basic scheme.

With temporary staffing, we look for your next project straight away. With secondment, your contract with Jobxion simply continues and we keep paying your salary.

That happens a lot. If it clicks with the client, we discuss a takeover. After six months we don't charge a fee for that.

Yes. We check beforehand whether the assignment fits self-employment and put that in writing, so you're not at risk of a back-tax claim.
