From intake to first project

Intake
We look at what you can do and what you'd enjoy. No test, just a chat.

Training plan
Usually six to twelve weeks, with VCA and the basics of your new trade.

Shadowing
You work alongside an experienced tradesman on a real project.

Your own role
You start working independently, with remote support.
Nothing
We pay for the training, the certificates and your tools. Nothing is deducted from your wages and there's no training debt if you leave later.
