Fair pay
We pay according to the client's collective labour agreement (CAO), including to tradespeople from Poland and Romania. Nothing is deducted for tools or clothing.

Accommodation we arrange meets the SNF standard: your own bedroom, enough bathroom facilities and a written tenancy agreement.

Training instead of passing people on
Our training centre trains career changers and people who are far from the job market, in partnership with the UWV.
