F-gas is a plus, not a must: we'll get you certified at our training centre.<\/p>\n<p>You work in a regular team of four to six people. The working day starts at 07:00 on site and you finish around 16:00. Overtime happens, but never without agreeing it with you first, and it's paid under the CAO.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working from drawings and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Completing and handing over your part of the project independently<\/li>\n<li>Ordering materials and leaving your workplace tidy<\/li>\n<li>Working with the site manager when something on the drawing doesn't add up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we ask of you<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant MBO qualification, or experience that makes up for it<\/li>\n<li>Basic VCA, or willingness to get it through our training centre<\/li>\n<li>Category B driving licence and your own transport to the pick-up point<\/li>\n<li>Dutch, Polish, English or Romanian: we'll work it out together on the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we offer you<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u20ac3,300 to \u20ac4,200 gross per month<\/strong>, paid weekly<\/li>\n<li>Travel expenses from the first kilometre<\/li>\n<li>Workwear, safety shoes and power tools from us<\/li>\n<li>Pension from your first hour worked<\/li>\n<li>A recruiter who knows your trade and actually calls you back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About the company<\/h2>\n<p>You'll work for an installation company with 45 employees, mainly active in the Zwolle region. Short lines of communication, a site manager who comes from the trade and a workshop where the coffee's always on.
